The new way in key management!
|
For the applications without installed access control yet, we will integrate our key locking electronics with user friendly Kantech access control and Time & Attendance system through their elevator control. Up to 500 keys and 128 doors per site could be controlled with this system, and if needed several sites can be integrated in one system as well.
All necessary Access Control modules, power supply, battery back up, connection terminals will be integrated in our enclosure, so you will be able to start your Key Management and access control in no time.
Each cabinet will control 40 or 60 keys and complete access for one building door. This option allows you to immediately integrate key management with access control and secure the building entrance, or key management area (please see the suggested configurations). Later (if desired) this configuration easily expands into a large Key Management Access Control and Time & Attendance system.
On request, for single enclosure applications (40 or 60 keys) the system can be shipped with preprogrammed users, user authorities, schedules, and plug-in cable, so it would be ready for use after it is installed and plugged in. The synchronization with Kantech access control software could be performed later.
Once programmed the Dragon II key management system integrated with Kantech access control will work as a standalone unit without a computer. PC is required only for real time control and monitoring and to apply changes to the system settings and user privileges. The PC can be connected as a permanent PC station at the same location for continued monitoring, or it could be connected and used just at the time when the change has to be made, also all operations can be monitored and controlled remotely from anywhere (requires additional communication modules). Without PC the controller will save up to 5000 events in internal controller memory which will be uploaded after the PC is connected. If overloaded the older events will be overwritten.
The powerful, reliable and user friendly Kantech access control is used worldwide and will allow you to easily manage your keys and control the building access in a way you like. If desired you can use only key management, or key management and access control, or key management, access control and Time & attendance, or you can integrate the entire system with powerful American Dynamics video surveillance system.
A hundred of different schedules, authority levels, holidays, user groups are available, to allow or restrict key/door use to the person or the group at the particular time, date etc.
All events could be monitored at the PC station in real time, and reports of key and door use, Time & Attendance could be reviewed, printed or exported in different applications.
