For the applications that require a complete solution, we developed the unique integration of our key locking electronics with a powerful system that integrates:

Key Management, Access Control, Time & Attendance, Video messaging, Video Intercom, and it is capable of controlling an unlimited number of external devices such as: lights, HVAC, doors, gates, cameras, etc.

This unique system has integrated Face, Voice and PIN code identification to meet medium to highest security requirements and even though it is a highly sophisticated  system it is very simple to use.

The system is tailored for each application and it is a cost effective and suitable solution for applications such as: commercial buildings, collages, hospitals, government, police, military, banks, casinos, hotels, property management, ......

While it has unlimited power and great functionality the Smart Dragon costs just a fraction of the systems that integrates.

In accordance with a particular application the touch screen controller could be integrated in the key control enclosure, or it could be installed separately in the wall.

A single touch screen controller can manage access for all doors in the building along with several key cabinets with 40 or 60 keys, Video Messaging and Time & Attendance for thousands employees.

The Smart Dragon  is a very unique system, and it is so powerful and configurable that it is the only system that you need.

Smart Dragon is designed to accomplish the highest security and management needs and integrates: Key management, Access Control, Time & Attendance, Video Messaging, Video Intercom, Video Monitoring and it is capable of controlling an unlimited number of external devices such as lights, HVAC, doors, gates, cameras, etc.

The system is a suitable solution for: Banks, Casinos, Hospitals, Commercial multi-tenant and High-rise Buildings, Hotels, Collages, Schools, Fleet Management, Government and Detention applications, Car Dealerships, and other applications that require higher level of the functionality and security.

Integrated Face & Voice recognition for the highest level of security, but Proximity card, Smart card, PIN code, Fingerprint reader, or any other type of personal identification can be used.

A single Smart controller can manage one or several key enclosures along with all other access control, T&A, Video and control functions.

It is networkable into a large system, and all the functions could be viewed, controlled and managed from a single work station at the site, or from any place in the world , without compromising the system's security and functionality.

This is very beneficial for banks, casinos, commercial property management, collage campuses, or any other application that requires local and/or remote monitoring and management.

The Smart Dragon  system is configured and tailored to each application and is pre-programmed and ready to use.

The system administrator just simply creates time schedules, user groups, enrolls the users and assigns the particular function (key, door, clock in/out, video messaging, light control, etc.) to the particular user.

After successful recognition the assigned functions for that person could be automatically executed, or/and the person can choose the specific allowed function at the touch screen.

An alarm and event notifications can be generated on any event regardless of recognition status, so for example the responsible party at the same site or anywhere in the world can be notified by email if a person uses the particular key, or when they arrive at work, leave earlier, or try to use keys after assigned and allowed hours, etc.

  How it works?

The Smart controller and key enclosures could be installed at the lobby to control key management and access for the entire building, or the controller can be installed at any floor to control key management, access, lighting, HVAC, gates, or anything else that could be controlled by relay.

For the multi site and remote site applications the Smart Dragon system can be networked and entire control can be performed locally or remotely.

From any location the system administrator can  assign the key, access and other functions to any person in the system, and if required the face recognition template could be taken remotely at the particular controller .

To make it easier  for users we customize the system for a particular application, so the everyday system administration is easy and user friendly.

The Function Buttons are created for each key, and each function in the system, so the system administrator easily assigns the button to the particular user. Either if the function has to be automatically executed on users successful/unsuccessful recognition, or if it has to be chosen by the user at the touch screen after his/her recognition.

When a person approach the control unit, the keypad for PIN code identification, Face/Voice Recognition, or other integrated  identification is available.

By entering the PIN code or by scanning the face and/or voice, the person will be recognized or rejected and the voice prompt message ("Hello Mr. /Ms...." , or "Sorry you are not recognized", or any other desired message) will execute.

If the video message is addressed to that person from anybody in the system it would be played and the buttons with allowed functions will appear after that (the particular key/s, to unlock the office door, sign IN/OUT from work, send video message, turn lights or any other assigned control ).

The functions could be executed automatically; either the person is recognized or rejected. So it could be programmed that on recognition or rejection automatically unlock the particular key, unlock the door, turn light, send Email message, turn on notification sound, etc. and only T&A functions (Clock IN/OUT) can be chosen by user manually.

If desired the each key holder could be used to unlock its position in a particular key enclosure which will speed-up and simplify the key return.

In highest security applications the additional transponders could be integrated in the key holders, so the keys could be tracked in real time and protected from taking out of the controlled area.

Networking:

There is no limitations on system size, number of keys, number of locations,

or users.

The system will work great as a single standalone unit, or in a large network

with hundreds of controllers and remote sites.

The communication between units/servers/clients is encrypted and  secured.

The system administrator(s) can manage just local unit, or any other assigned

controller in the system remotely.

The standard configuration includes one client application for 1000 users.

There is no monthly license charge.

  Touch screen lifetime: 100 million touches.

   LCD: 50,000 hrs. Back light: 20,000 hrs.

Controller:

The 8" color touch screen controller has  integrated Face and Voice Recognition 

and touch keypad for PIN code identification.

These two identification options meet the highest security and 

functionality requirements, 

but Proximity or Smart card reader, fingerprint reader, or any other type 

of identification could be integrated and used as well.

You can use: PIN code only, Face Recognition only, Face & Voice recognition,

Face+Voice+PIN, Face+Card, Face +Voice+card, etc.

Authentication time: 0.5 to 2 sec.   Person enrolment time: approx. 1 min.

Main Screen:

The "Main" screen contains the function buttons:  bell button to ring the bell,

keypad for PIN code identification and face recognition button which are available

for any person that approaches at the front of the controller.

Other function buttons: to unlock the particular key, unlock the door, 

send video message to a particular person , sign in/out for the time & attendance,

video intercom, or any other function to control lights, HVAC, send the email,

take a picture of the user, etc. could be executed automatically after

the person is or is not recognized, or it could be chosen by the person

after their successful recognition.

The system is very flexible and  any desired function and notification related to

a particular event could be created.

It couldn't be easier, just touch the button with the key's number

to unlock the assigned key.

Schedules:

Access to key's,  doors, or any other function could be granted or restricted 

by person, by group, by time, by day, by location.

You can have as many schedules as you like and all of them could be applied

locally or through the entire system.

The detailed schedules allow you to precisely determine the time when

the particular person or group can use the particular key, or enter in the building.

The appropriate notification (Email, siren, light, etc.) can be set for either allowed

or restricted actions.

Simply chose the time intervals from a weekly or monthly calendar and include

or exclude the specific days.

    Programming and administration:

User friendly software allows you to with simple "check or uncheck box" assign

any key or function to the particular person.

The keys, doors, or control functions could be assigned to the person and it could be executed automatically on person's recognition/rejection, or 

it could be chosen on the touch screen by the person after successful recognition.

Events:

All events are recorded with time stamp and if you wish with photos of the user.

Easy search and reviewing at any time.

   Reports:

Several different reports are available, so you can review, research, export, or print a report of presence, or event sorted by person, by key, by event, by time, by function, etc, and if desired you can have a photo of each user associated to the particular event.

  Time & Attendance:

Totally customizable T&A functions: start/end of work, lunch time, business absence, sick leave, vacation, etc.

Configurable user groups and

Connectable to any payroll software.

  Create your own report criteria.

Video messaging:

Smart Dragon has an integrated Video Messaging System .

A user can leave a video message to another person in the system,

which will be played next time when the particular person logs in.

The time and date when the message will be delivered can be set by

sender as well, so you can leave message today that will be delivered

tomorrow or any other day at the particular time.

This is a great feature for business correspondence.

Video Intercom:

If more than one client application with face recognition controller

is used the video intercom option is available.

  Video monitoring:

Integrated camera allows real time local area monitoring through LAN, WLAN or WAN.

  Expansion relay module:

Through expansion relay modules the Smart Dragon can control an unlimited 

number of external devices such as: lights, HVAC, doors, gates, alarms, etc.

Many different types of relays are available to meet all application requirements.

Also, no need for expensive wiring; up to 1000 feet wireless communication

between touch screen controller and relay modules makes the system integration

easy and cost effective.

Optional: Key Tracking

If application requires higher security key control, the additional 

transponders and tracking 

devices could be integrated in the system

for "NO key out of premise" application which will create alarm or other notification if the key is taken out of the protected area.

Remote Control:

For applications such as: master control in detention facilities, security desk,

fleet dispatcher, etc. that requires remote key or door management,

the wireless controller with proximity reader and keypad is the perfect solution.

Along with all functions at the key enclosure, the remote controller will allow you

to unlock the specific key position and cabinet door from up to 1000 feet

without  a confrontation with users.

The Smart Dragon  is  customized for each application.

The keys, and other controls are customized and preprogrammed in accordance with application requirements, so

the system administrator only has to create user groups, users, authority levels, schedules, and by simple "check box" to assign the keys and 

the specific functions to the particular person.                       

The Windows based application is very easy to use and only requires a short training.

Secured 16 gauge steel cabinet with  1/4" smoked Plexiglas door for easy key status review.

1000 lb door strike with  preloads will secure your keys and will unlock the cabinet door even if doors are forced by "gentle" users.

Surface or in wall installation.

Full steel cabinet door available.

Cabinet with 40 / 60 key spots.

All key holder positions with or without key holders in it, will remain locked at all times, which eliminates the possibility that the wrong key could be taken or  returned to the wrong spot.

When the user presents his valid credentials: face, card, or

PIN code to the controller or card reader installed in the cabinet, the system will unlock the cabinet door and particular key position.

Illuminated unlocked key spot makes it easy to find the right key.

The colored Aircraft Cable, with special reusable or permanent locking mechanism will safely keep your keys, master access cards, or other valuables attached to the key holder.

Each key holder is personalized with its own RF ID, in a format that matches to the existing facilities Access Control System and it can be used as an access card, for elevator, lobby door, etc. or to unlock its position in the particular key cabinet

Durable and easy to use, but uncomfortable to take home.

Optional:

Video Monitoring:

Integrated color camera to monitor key users, and for area video and audio surveillance.

(if the cabinet is on different location from smart controller)

Each key holder could be personalized with its own RF ID in a format that matches the existing facilities Access Control System, so the key holder can be used as any other access card or tag in the system, or it could be personalized with our proprietary format, and can be read only at the particular reader at the Key Management System to unlock its position in the cabinet.

Identification by: Face/Voice,  Proximity, Smart (MIFARE) cards, PIN code, Biometrics device, or control by our wireless remote unit (up to 1000 ft) for applications where the key has to be released remotely by a security guard, or building management.
